Swim Lessons are for all ages, so we offer lessons ranging from the Parent & Child Level through Level 5. We aim to make you feel comfortable in the water and are looking to improve technique and learn new strokes. Infant Swim Lessons -For ages 0-2: Learning water safety and foundations to learn how to swim. Focusing on learning how to safely put face in the water, float and beginning motions for swimming. Children's Swim Lessons -For ages 3-14 years old: Development of swimming foundation, stroke technique development, water safety, and building endurance in the water to stay safe during play dates in the pool or to prepare to go to a swim team.
