Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  1. Services that are rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of appointment time will be non-refundable.

  2. Sessions must be booked 48 hours in advance to allow for proper scheduling and cancellation policy to be effective.

  3. Please make note that clients that arrive late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously agreed upon by the trainer. If there is no call or no show within 15 minutes of start time then the trainer will leave and the client will be charged for a full price session.

  4. No personal training refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.

  5. If a payment has not been made by the due date, a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount will be added in addition to the service amount.

  6. If a payment is returned, there will be an additional $25.00 fee added to your total invoice amount.

  7. All invoices must be paid within a week of the date they are received.
