Updated: Apr 29

Meet Angelica, the founder of Ability Fitness & Fueled by AF.

"I have been a personal trainer for six years now and created Ability Fitness. With my clients, I focus on weight loss, endurance in athletes, and injury prevention. I also specialize in working with people with disabilities. At Fueled by AF, my inclusive snack brand, and Ability Services I ensure when working with me, my employees, team and clients will have services and facilities that fit their needs. I strongly believe that fitness should be inclusive to all, allowing everybody to be the best versions of themselves." -Angelica Ford

Angelica Ford is the creative mind behind Fueled AF. She graduated from SUNY Cortland with a dual major in kinesiology and a minor in business. During her tenure at Cortland, she was on the varsity swim team, serving as a team captain for two years. Fun fact: she obtained two school records in the 200 and 400 IM and the Grace Mowatt Award during her time at Cortland!
